Welcome to Moonphlower Creative Design Studio (referred to herein as "the Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing our digital products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products & Delivery

All products sold on our platform are digital assets (including but not limited to Canva templates, brand identity sheets, layout designs, and PDFs). No physical items will be shipped. Upon successful completion of payment, your digital assets will be delivered instantly via an automated download link sent to your provided email address.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All design geometries, structural layouts, master template frameworks, graphics, text, and brand assets displayed on this website or included within our digital products are the exclusive intellectual property of Moonphlower Creative Design Studio. Your purchase grants you a limited right to use the asset, but does not transfer ownership of the design structure to you.

3. Prohibited Conduct

When utilizing our website or purchasing our products, you agree that you will not:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
• Reverse engineer, deconstruct, or copy our website layout or original template geometries for the purpose of creating a competing product.
• Use our platform or products for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized business practices.

4. Limitation of Liability

Moonphlower Creative Design Studio provides its templates and website assets on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees that our templates will meet your specific business revenue goals or that Canva's third-party platform will remain error-free. In no event shall the Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
