Thank you for shopping at Moonphlower Creative Design Studio. Because our digital studio delivers premium digital assets instantly upon purchase, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect our proprietary design files.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the immediate, digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital template link, PDF guide, or brand kit has been purchased and delivered to your email, it cannot be returned, retracted, or undone. Consequently, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
By completing your purchase at checkout, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you waive any rights to a refund or chargeback based on a change of mind, lack of technical software familiarity, or dissatisfaction with your final self-customized design results.
2. Technical Support & Corrupted Files
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to our studio's success. If you encounter any technical delivery issues, corrupted download files, or broken master template access links, please do not hesitate to contact us.
